Here at Cambray, we are dedicated to making genuine farmhouse cheese.
Every stage involved in producing our range of handmade cheese happens right here on our family farm using age-old techniques.
The result? Pure, award-winning farmhouse cheese of exceptionally high quality.
Visit our farmshop located 12 km outside the picturesque town of Nannup, the heart of the SouthWest. Conveniently situated between the Margaret River wine region and Pemberton, famous for its tall trees.
Sample our delicious range of farmhouse cheese and bring along a bottle of local wine to enjoy with a cheese platter in the peaceful farm surrounds. Traditional English teas and Janes's famous fruitcake served with cheese are not to be missed.
Visitors can view the afternoon milking and watch the cheese-makers busy at work. Don’t want to leave? Why not stay the night in one of our charming 4-star cottages.
Ewes are now in full milk, milking twice a day and most of the lambs are now off their mums happily eating grass. We have some great ewes milk soft cheeses ready to enjoy.
Our forever sought after Friesette is now available as is the popular Boursan.
We have fresh milk as this has been a request from many customers as well as the creamy yoghurt. All our usual range of ewes milk cheeses can be enjoyed from our farm shop or the markets we attend. We still have a range of mature cows milk cheeses which have developed some great flavours as they mature. Some are well over 12 months old so have the vintage label attached to them.
We attend the Kalamunda Village Market on the first Saturday of each month, Manning Farmers Market on the third Saturday and Margaret River Farmers Market every Saturday. Look for us at Boyanup Farmers Market on the fourth Sunday of each month.
Our Farm Shop is open everyday from 9am to 5pm.
