Here at Cambray, we are dedicated to making genuine farmhouse cheese.
Every stage involved in producing our range of handmade cheese happens right here on our family farm using age-old techniques.
The result? Pure, award-winning farmhouse cheese of exceptionally high quality.
Visit our farmshop located 12 km outside the picturesque town of Nannup, the heart of the SouthWest. Conveniently situated between the Margaret River wine region and Pemberton, famous for its tall trees.
Sample our delicious range of farmhouse cheese and bring along a bottle of local wine to enjoy with a cheese platter in the peaceful farm surrounds. Traditional English teas and Janes's famous fruitcake served with cheese are not to be missed.
Visitors can view the afternoon milking and watch the cheese-makers busy at work. Don’t want to leave? Why not stay the night in one of our charming 4-star cottages.
We have started milking the ewes now so there are lovely little lambs everywhere and we are milking twice a day, sharing with the lambs.
We have started making sheep cheese again so the first of the ewes milk cheeses will be ready in September!
We still have lovely aged ewes milk cheeses from last season, so some of the cheeses are now over 12 months old. So lovely and full of flavour and texture.
The cows milk range is also still available with the lovely Triple Cream Brie very popular as is the aged Havarti which is over 18 months old.
These cheeses can be enjoyed from the Margaret River Farmers Market each week, Kalamunda Rotary Market the first Saturday of the month and Manning Farmers Market on the Third Saturday. Also look for our cheese at Boyanup Farmers Market the fourth Sunday of each month.Our farm shop is open every day and the afternoon milking starts around 3.30 pm.
